Short answer
Pinpointer includes ready-made agreement templates for receiving, delivery and transport of bulk material, with complete legal terms. The agreements are filled with data from your registers, signed digitally or with BankID via Idura, sealed with a certificate and can be authenticity-checked by anyone via a public verification page. No separate signing services, no loose PDFs by email.
Three ready-made templates with complete terms
The standard templates for receiving, delivery and transport agreements contain full clauses: classification and waste declaration, waste holder's responsibility, receiver's permit and right of refusal, hazardous waste, transport documents and traceability, prices and payment including reverse-charge VAT for construction, contract term and termination, limitation of liability, force majeure, personal data and Swedish law. The fields for material, EWC code, classification, quantity, price and payment terms are entered in the form, and the parties' names and organisation numbers are filled automatically via placeholders. The templates can be cloned and adapted to your own terms.
The standard terms are complete but should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before live use in a specific case.
Populated from your registers, not free text
The counterparty is pulled from the customer register with name, organisation number and email. The material is picked from the material register and fills both material and EWC code in the agreement. The link to the facility or contract is chosen from a list and the validity period is set with a date picker. Everything can be edited freely afterwards, but the baseline is that the agreement is built on the same data as operations.
Signing: simple digital or BankID
The signing level is set per facility: simple digital signing with name and acknowledgement where the time and IP are logged, or a BankID requirement. BankID signing runs via Idura, the signatory is sent to a signing page, signs with BankID and the confirmation is registered automatically within seconds. For hazardous-waste transport documents BankID is always required.
Sealed documents that hold up afterwards
When an agreement is fully signed, the PDF is equipped with a signature certificate on the last page: each signatory with name, email, signing method, time in UTC, IP address and the acknowledgement text, an event log, a verification code and a SHA-256 checksum. The document is then sealed with Pinpointer's certificate under PAdES. Any change to the file breaks the seal. This applies regardless of signing method, even simple digital signing gets full sealing.
Public authenticity check, no login required
Anyone can verify a signed document at pinpointer.se/verifiera using the verification code: the document and signatories are shown, and a PDF can be uploaded for authenticity checking. The checksum is compared locally in the browser, the file never leaves the device. If the file is unchanged, Authentic is shown, otherwise the mismatch is shown. This lets a client, an authority or a counterparty verify an agreement without having to trust an email.
Hazardous-waste transport documents with three-party signing
Every load from a work order involving hazardous waste creates its own digital transport document that is signed by the hand-over party, the transporter and the receiver. The driver signs with BankID and shows the document at roadside checks. Fully signed documents cannot be cancelled, they are supporting evidence for the authorities. An optional transport gate can also block the start of transport until the hand-over party and the transporter have signed. The documents are automatically compiled into the remediation final report and queue the reporting to the Swedish EPA's waste register.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a separate e-signing service?
No. Agreement templates, signing, BankID via Idura, sealing and verification are all included in Pinpointer. The agreements are also linked directly to the facility or contract they apply to.
Is simple digital signing legally valid?
Electronic signatures are as a starting point valid in Sweden, and Pinpointer also equips simply signed agreements with a signature certificate, an event log, a checksum and certificate sealing. For higher requirements BankID can be required per facility, and for hazardous-waste transport documents BankID is always required.
How does a counterparty check that an agreement is authentic?
Via the public verification page: enter the verification code or upload the PDF. The checksum is compared locally in the browser and the file never leaves the device.
