Every delivery in Pinpointer is GPS-tagged at both loading and unloading and linked to a digital weight ticket with a time stamp. At receiving facilities with Sitewatch integration each delivery is also photographed and the license plate is read automatically. What happens if the receiver disputes the quantity or material?

Accepted Answer

Every load is documented: weighed quantity, material type, time, GPS position and image. In a dispute the full record is already collected and tamper-proof – you do not have to reconstruct what happened after the fact. Deviations can also be flagged directly in the app and communicated to the driver by SMS.

Can I track my fleet in real time and get automatic delivery confirmations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The field apps register loading and unloading in real time and work offline when coverage is poor. You get push notifications and a live overview of all ongoing deliveries. The driver is told the next step directly in the app, with no one having to make phone calls.

How do I document that waste or excavated masses went to an approved receiver?

Accepted Answer

Pinpointer documents the receiver's details per delivery, and under Sweden's new waste legislation (Chapter 15 of the Environmental Code from 1 July 2026) a check of the receiver's permit is built into the flow. Every load is GPS-tagged at both loading and unloading, so you see where the masses actually went – not just where they were supposed to go. Where is the chain of custody for environmental inspections?

Can I see all deliveries to my project in a dashboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The client portal gives you live per-delivery data with a quality index, not a monthly report after the fact. You see fill rate, deviations and volumes in real time. The data belongs to you – even if the contractor is replaced during the project.

How do I reconcile incoming trucks against what was declared?

At the gate a QR code is scanned that automatically identifies the vehicle, contract and declared material. Weighing and classification are registered in an app for the facility's operator, and everything is matched against what was planned. Can the system automatically flag deliveries that do not match the planned classification?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a delivery is registered the material and classification are matched against what was declared and against the facility's permit. If something deviates – the wrong material type, a classification the facility is not allowed to receive, or a volume beyond the permit – it is flagged immediately. You see on a rolling basis how volumes and materials are tracking against what you are allowed to receive.

What documentation do I need to keep for inspections?

How can we verify that excavation waste has been handled in line with the classification rules, for example MRR?

Accepted Answer

Pinpointer provides a traceable chain per delivery: where the masses came from, how they were classified, where they were taken, and what record sits behind the assessment. The classification itself under the Swedish EPA's methodology is supported by the separate product Klassa Massan – but it is always the operator who makes the classification decision and carries the burden of proof under Chapter 2, Section 2 of the Environmental Code. Is there a digital chain of custody for hazardous or suspected contaminated soil?

Yes. Every delivery is linked to its sampling, its lab results and its receiving receipt. For hazardous waste, automatic reporting to the Swedish EPA's waste register is triggered when the delivery is registered. The full chain is immutable and ready to be handed over for inspection. Yes. An existing weighbridge can be integrated directly, or replaced entirely with camera-based load inspection via Sitewatch. Lab results are linked per delivery – sampling record, lab results and receiving receipt hang together. Read more under Features.

Can the system export reports for tax or compliance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. BEAst Supply 4.0 is sent automatically as structured XML over Peppol, invoice records flow straight to the finance system, and sustainability data (CSRD) is exported in machine-readable form per project. You avoid manual reconciliation in Excel. Read more under Compliance.
