DIGITAL DELIVERY NOTE
Digital delivery note – every load documented
The paperless delivery note is the hub of a digital mass flow. In Pinpointer a digital delivery note is created automatically for every delivery – with weighed quantity, material type, timestamp, GPS position at loading and unloading, and photo evidence. It replaces the paper weighbridge ticket and makes the whole chain traceable.
BEAst Supply 4.0
The delivery note is sent as structured data according to the industry standard BEAst Supply 4.0, via Peppol – the format the Swedish Transport Administration and major clients require.
No manual handling
Weighbridge tickets, delivery lines and receipts are registered digitally in the field, even offline. No paper to collect, interpret or lose.
Traceable end to end
Every delivery note is linked to its transport, its classification and its receiver – documentation that holds up for follow-up, invoicing and regulatory inspection.

Weighbridge receipts
Interpretation of weighbridge receipts – from paper to data
Not every weighbridge is digital. When a load is weighed on an external weighbridge, the receipt can be photographed or uploaded directly in the app – the system reads the details and links them to the correct load and delivery. The weight ends up in the same flow as everything else: traceable, matched against the delivery note and ready as invoicing data.
