Every load accounted for.
Digital environmental control for soil and rock materials. The data behind our Nordrocs 2026 poster: 8,471 loads followed from excavation to verified receipt.
Operational data from the Pinpointer platform, Oct 2022 to Jul 2026. Aggregated results only.
What the poster shows
Excavated soil and rock are one of the largest material flows in the Nordics, yet documentation is still largely paper-based. Our poster presents a descriptive analysis of 8,471 loads handled with digital chain-of-custody documentation across eight Swedish construction and remediation projects. Identity, mass, material and destination data were complete for every record. Field-captured timestamps rose from zero at introduction to a stable 95-98 % from Q3 2025, showing that documentation quality becomes measurable and improvable. Classification is supported by decision support based on national guideline values; the final decision is always made by a qualified environmental consultant.

"With verified data per load, supervision can move from after-the-fact document review to proactive follow-up."
Johan Sörén, Arboga municipality
Why it matters
One digital record per load, from classification to verified receipt, available to every party in the chain.
Gaps in documentation become visible and fixable. On paper, missing information cannot even be located.
The Soil Monitoring and Resilience Directive, in force since December 2025, requires registers of potentially contaminated sites and PFAS monitoring. Verified load-level data is how you get there.
Everything on the poster is generation one.
Pinpointer Generation 2 adds GPS-verified loading and delivery positions, automated matching of every load against facility-specific acceptance criteria including PFAS parameters, standardised data exchange per BEAst Supply 4.0, and weighbridge reconciliation.
Customers include Peab, Skanska, Svevia, JM and Arboga municipality.
